I am considering applying to study the Mental health nursing degree and am interested to know what financial assistance I will receive? I am aware of the means tested bursary, tuition fees paid for but if I then have to work part time ie 20 hours then can I afford this? In doing so, I will lose around £9000 per year. So a shortfall of around £6000. My partner works part time and we have two young children so expect that she would have to return to work full time.
ANY help appreciated and experiences.
I know it would be tough but would really love to do it just not at the expense of my family's happiness. Edited by Kingbroady - 22 Jun 2011 at 18:03 |
