Hi all, need some advice please, I am an rgn currently working shifts, I am also caring for an elderly relative and grandchild so quite busy most of time. My current role does not allow part-time working or non-shift work. A job is available in a clinic, 9-5, mon-fri which would suit my lifesyle well but it is for a healthcare assistant. I could afford the drop in wages. Has anyone downsized their role and how did it work out for you? |

What about joining a local agency instead and do part time agency work?
