What do you think guys that what should be the most important thing for a nurse while caring for elders in a nursing home specially? Or you may say that what is that thing which can make a nurse more remembering for elders?

I believe that caring for each patient and the individual needs of each patient would be number 1.  Talking to them, making sure they know what you are doing each time you see them.  I always make sure I talk with each patient.  Being friendly can’t hurt and it helps as they remember who you are when you come back.

Yes SpecialNurse, You are right up to an extent but I want to ask that do you think communicating properly to the patients individually will solve all their problems? Will it be so feasible for a nurse to take care of each patient individually in a nursing home? As I think you have to give some output to them through your care.

Hi,
You are right kevinbrown , it is very difficult  to interact with every patient personally.Be loyal and hardworking at your work and take care of patients , treat them with politeness.
