What does this mean!!!

   Hi all,

Unfortunately i left my degree course a year and a half ago 3 weeks prior to qualifying. This was due to a family health emergancy.
I got an exit award of a Diploma of Higher Education having followed an approved programme in Clinical Care Nursing. 
My total credits where 260.00

I am alittle confused and wondered what this means and where can i go from here.
I would appreciate all the help and advice i can get.
