It would be great to hear from any nurses nursing in the far flung corners of the world.

I spent a couple of years working in Bermuda which had its good a bad points.

When the weather was good it was fantastic. The hurricane put a bit of a dampener on things though Shocked

Hi Im Louise
I'm a paediatric nurse working in one of the children's hospitals in Manchester, UK.
I work on a 22 bedded surgical ward, specialising in orthopaedics (external fixators and Ponseti method included), ENT surgery, with the odd bit of Urology, General surgery and anything else.  Quite a mixture!

Hi, I'm a paediatric nurse in Portsmouth on a surgical ward. We take all trauma, orthopaedics, ENT, eye and general surgery. Only 18 beds but often more kids than that with day surgery.
