Sleep and Wellness Behaviours in Night Shift Health Care Workers

You are invited to take part in a study looking at the impact of shift work on health and wellbeing.

•     Do you work within a healthcare environment?
•     Do you work night shifts?

My name is Catherine Anderson and I currently work as a health care support worker but I am also studying MSc Health Psychology at Sheffield Hallam University. Under the supervision of Dr Katie Cutts I am conducting a research project about sleep hygiene and wellness behaviours of night shift health care workers, and whether this influences health and wellbeing. Participants will be asked to complete a one-time online survey that takes approximately 15 minutes to complete.

If you are aged 18 years and over, and are interested in taking part in the research project or want more information, please follow the link below or copy and paste it into your browser.

If you have additional questions please contact myself via email at catherine.l.anderson@student.shu.ac.uk or my supervisor Dr Katie Cutts via email at k.cutts@shu.ac.uk

Thank you.

I love working nights Smile The atmosphere is totally different on night shift. I work in L&D, on the night shift you have more autonomy.
